New in EcoHub Process: Submit mandates, request policies & claims experience
EcoHub Process is an application for data exchange aimed at brokers without DXP-capable software. With EcoHub Process, brokers can efficiently and free of charge manage data and information exchange with insurers for core processes. This solution allows you to receive information and documents such as invoices, commission and brokerage statements directly from insurers connected to our data exchange platform.
From now on, the following features are also available:
- Request a policy/contract
- Request a claims performance report
- Submit a mandate
These enhancements are based on the core processes defined by IG B2B and facilitate standardised data exchange.
How to use the new features in EcoHub Process:
- Register client: Enter the client’s details once in EcoHub Process.
- Start process: Submit the desired request to the insurer.
- Wait for documents: The insurer will provide the documents (depending on their processing time).
- Review documents & give feedback: Download the documents, check them and provide feedback if needed.
